Both were in need of cleaning, the quote was quite reasonable and Carlos came back early this afternoon and did the job in which I'm greatly pleased. In cleaning the tile roof he pre treated it with a cleaner then "soft washed" the roof by applying light water pressure to wash and rinse the roof.
